With over two decades of diverse experience in financial management, Tina is a Chartered Accountant with experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business compliance. Her work spans telecommunications, hospitality, sports administration, and so forth, reflecting her adaptability and commitment to excellence across various sectors.

Tina currently holds a Certificate of Public Practice (CPP) from the Samoa Institute of Accountants. She has held pivotal roles in leading organizations, such as Chief Financial Officer for Digicel Samoa, Financial Consultant with Samoa Submarine Cable Company (SSCC), Financial Consultant for Lava Hotel, Financial Consultant for SkyEye Pacific to name a few.

She is also passionately affiliated with other non-profit organisations assisting them on financial management matters and a current Board Member of the Samoa Airport Authority. More recently her focus has been capacity building and ensuring the next generation of Accountants and the Accounting fraternity maintain high standards and professionalism. She has been on the Council for the Samoa Institute of Accountants (SIA) as its Treasurer since 2019 and a Facilitator for the Chartered Accountant (CA) Program for accrediting accounting professionals as Chartered Accountants.

Ms Moe Lene is a CA as well as an MBA graduate from the University of the South Pacific.  This is her second term in the Council as well as the Secretary.

She is the Finance Manager for the Samoa Ports Authority a post she holds for more than 7 years.  Before becoming the Secretary for the Council, Moe was an active member for the Social Committee who are responsible with fund raising and other social activities for the Institute.
