Peseta Peter Tone is a highly accomplished and self-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in financial management across diverse industries, including finance, telecommunications, and manufacturing. This diverse background has strengthened his ability to lead comprehensive improvement initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.

Peseta has also served as a director at the Development Bank of Samoa, where he provided advisory support in risk management, financial oversight, internal audits, and governance. He is currently serving as CFO at the National Bank of Samoa, and as a Certified Chartered Accountant (CA: Samoa, CPA: Australia), his leadership and collaborative approach makes him a highly valuable asset.

Tiá Jaslyn is a newly appointed council member of the Institute for 2024-2025.

Tiá Jaslyn is a Director of the XSAO Consult Ltd and has more than 20 years of audit and accounting experience. She has vast working experiences and institutional knowledge of the public sector administration. A competent leader as she held senior management and leadership positions including the positions of Deputy Controller and Auditor General at the Samoa Audit Office (2019-2020), Finance and Corporate Service Manager of STEC (2017-2018), Chief Internal Auditor at EPC (2014-2015), Audit Director – Public Bodies Division at Samoa Audit Office. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) – Samoa Chapter.
